This is the second in a series of annual Shakespeare shows I did with Plaza Theatrical Productions, a touring theater company based in Lynbrook, NY. I worked with them as an actor/crew member for about ten years so far.
| | I play the role of Petruchio in this one, with the lovely Megan Yelaney as Kate the shrew (Meg previously played Juliet to my Romeo the year before). This show also features Eddie Grosskreuz (Hortensio), Erika Cazeneuve (Bianca), Corey Pierno (Lucentio), Ryan Franzese (Tranio), Mike Hull (Grumio), Mark Kenny (Gremio), Jack Holly (Baptista), and Sean McGuiness (Curtis/Stage Crew). This live recording is from August 13, 2005 at a library in Long Island, NY. I also play the opening guitar part during the credits, which is a rendition of a Shakespearean song called "The Rain it Raineth Every Day." |
