The parents were held at the school and the man found in the woods was placed in a car as per the witness who said this to the CBS reporter when he says the guy in hand cuffs says "I didn't do it, It wasn't me". The parents were not let near the school so why would the police walk that suspect all the way down Dickinson rd to place him in a squad car? There were several squad cars at the school. Remember the parents and the press were not allowed to go down Dickinson rd. They stayed at the fire house which is a 1/4 mile away from the school. Something to think about.

Wow this all is crazy. One thing I noticed when watching the video of Rosen was that when he is standing outside in one video behind him is the same exact car a black honda which was seen being towed away. I could not see the licence plate because it was blurred out. What is even more suspicious is that there is a blanket covering the driver side window. Now police would have most likely smasked the window to open the car to search it. This is just strange.

How did he compromise the door? You're talking about a pretty tough plate of glass. The round that was supposedly used is not as strong as other varieties on impact.

Was it wirescreen reinforced glass?

The glass, even without wirescreen, would weigh several hundred pounds. You wouldn't want a glass door that shattered into a thousand pieces. The glass also would have been laminated.

What was he wearing?

Wearing bullet proof vest, wearing tactical vest to store extra ammo, and pockets holding ammo would have to be be on both sides of the body, if he was carrying hundreds of rounds, in addition to the guns he was carrying.

Statistically and physically speaking, that round would not penetrate impressively a crowd of children huddled in a corner.

I'm a liberal, and I voted for Obama. But, damn... Lately, I am so embarrassed by liberals when it comes to the gun control issue, and the lack of objectivity about the Sandy Hook incident. Everyone is so focused on preventing kids from being killed (presumably by gun legislation) that they aren't paying attention to the fact that many more people die every single day from gun violence, and that we need to change our society, our education system, the way we treat kids. That's the only way to curb gun violence. Most gun control bills are like trying to stop fires from happening by putting them out when they happen. I guess I'm a libertarian when it comes to guns... An article in the Newtown Bee states that the man caught in the woods was an off-duty tactical officer with a gun, from a nearby town. This seems very strange. Why would he be there, and can this be confirmed?

There are reports of a maroon van with people in it dressed as nuns, one of them wearing a ski mask.

There is also Chris Rodia, who was apparently stopped by police nearby for some reason unrelated to the shootings. His name and license plate was read over the police radio at the same time the man in the woods was being captured. This has lead to some confusion making people think the man being captured was Chris Rodia. It seems Adam Lanza’s car belonged to someone else… some are saying it belonged to Chris Rodia, so there is a bit of confusion there that needs to be cleared up.

Is there a 2nd floor at Sandy Hook? I saw on abc news the interior layout of the school and supposed timeline of events. In this layout it never says Adam went upstairs and in fact I don't see a set of stairs at all. If all the shootings took place in 2 classrooms and office, and Adam Lanza killed himself outside Soto's class why does medical examiner say that the rest of bodies are up on second floor and that he didn't make it up there?

if there is no 2nd floor, then he was just brought in to do press conference and has no knowledge of school layout, which would indicate that he hadn't been working scene for 2 days. Find myself questioning everything in this whole thing! The thing is, if they'd be forthright with info and give some evidence it would stop people from trying to find their own answers. I clearly remember the morning after the shooting hearing in the news that the bodies of the children had not been moved yet. It may have been a local station because we live in CT. I remember commenting to my husband that I thought it was awful and how could the parents let that happen.

Additionally, I would like to share that FEMA just so happened to be in the area, specifically conducting training on "Planning for the Needs of Children in Disasters".
The handling of this entire incident seemed wrong from the beginning, and I found it especially callous that so many mainstream media outlets used it to segue into discussions about gun control.
I also find it alarming that none of the families affected by this incident have made ANY comment (Parker doesn't count; he's either an actor or a sociopath... or both). However, the fact that none of the FRIENDS of these families has attempted to defend them also speaks volumes.
